Positions: Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Analysts
Project Locations: New York NY, Southern CT, Northern NJ
FITS is working with a number of international and domestic investment firms to improve their risk management and regulatory compliance/reporting capabilities. As a FITS Management Consultant you will leverage your experience and knowledge to assess current operations, advise change were needed and manage process and system restructuring.
Required:
- Motivated detail oriented individual able to multitask and prioritize project goals
- 6+ years experience in the brokerage/securities industry
- Experience with front, middle, and back office operations and systems
- In-depth knowledge and/or experience with a combination of the following:
- Brokerage trade or settlement operations
- Risk management practices and methodologies
- egulatory issues affecting the securities industry
- Broker/Dealer Examination process and reviews
- SEC, NYSE and NASD Regulatory reporting requirements
- Sourcing for regulatory reporting data, compilation and processes
- Regulatory and compliance technologies
- Strong communications skills - oral and written
- Experience effectively interfacing with senior management and executives
- Experience managing, motivating and mentoring project teams
