Positions: Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Analysts
Project Locations: New York NY, Southern CT, Northern NJ

FITS is working with a number of international and domestic investment firms to improve their risk management and regulatory compliance/reporting capabilities. As a FITS Management Consultant you will leverage your experience and knowledge to assess current operations, advise change were needed and manage process and system restructuring.

Required:

  • Motivated detail oriented individual able to multitask and prioritize project goals
  • 6+ years experience in the brokerage/securities industry
  • Experience with front, middle, and back office operations and systems
  • In-depth knowledge and/or experience with a combination of the following:
    • Brokerage trade or settlement operations
    • Risk management practices and methodologies
    • egulatory issues affecting the securities industry
    • Broker/Dealer Examination process and reviews
    • SEC, NYSE and NASD Regulatory reporting requirements
    • Sourcing for regulatory reporting data, compilation and processes
    • Regulatory and compliance technologies
  • Strong communications skills - oral and written
  • Experience effectively interfacing with senior management and executives
  • Experience managing, motivating and mentoring project teams
