Title: Project Managers
Project Locations: Northern NJ, New York NY, Philadelphia PA

SUMMARY
Project Managers will be responsible for the day to day management and timely/successful completion of various projects including; business process improvement, regulatory compliance, business consolidation, system implementation. This includes working closely with business, technical, and functional areas to insure project success. The position will be ultimately accountable to and report to the client business sponsor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project through entire lifecycle (startup to post conversion)
• Provide oversight, leadership and direction to multiple business and technology resources
• Lead assessments of current client business processes
• Develop strategic project plans, define systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements and timing of deliverables
• Identify risks and provide/implement risk mitigation plans
• Select, organize and manage project staffing
• Review and critique detailed functional requirement and design documents
• Liaison and establish synergies between management, business users and technical staff throughout project lifecycle
• Present project updates to a management team
• Lead system testing and user acceptance testing
