Title: Business Analyst
Project Locations: Northeast and Midwest US

FITS is looking for experienced Business Analysts with brokerage or investment industry experience for projects across the country. We seek experienced professionals with:

• 7+ years of professional experience in business operations or technology
• 5+ years financial industry experience (securities-brokerage, commercial banking, investment services)
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• 4+ years Business Analyst experience with
  • business process modeling
  • work flow analysis, gap analysis
  • project planning
  • gathering and documenting requirements
  • effective organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • ability to communicate with different levels of management
  • test planning and/or building test cases from business requirements
• Hands on proficiency with Visio, MS Project MS Office or other project planning/tracking tools
• Leadership qualities/capabilities
